
Shipping Policy
Here is our shipping policy – All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for ready-to-ship items or 2 to 3 weeks for made-to-order crochet items after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The estimated delivery time is from when the item leaves me and is delivered to you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Â
We offer free standard shipping to the UK on all orders over £50 via Royal Mail 1st Class. If you require your order sooner, you can upgrade to rush my order for next working day delivery* Please note that next day delivery is only available for orders received before 12pm.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States (US), Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Monaco, Italy, Poland, Spain, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Africa, Egypt, Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, Cyprus, Indonesia, Iran, North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.Â
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dilly Dally Daydream is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tracy@brand9test2.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
